Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of the wonderful colleagues and members, and look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I emigrated from Iran to the United States to pursue my studies. I graduated from Cal State Northridge with degrees in mechanical engineering and chemistry in 1991. I then worked as an engineer for two years. Because I love to work with people and help other human beings, I decided to become a physician. I am very happy with my decision.

About my medical practice

In my practice, I primarily care for elderly people with vascular disease or those who have had a stroke or an aneurysm. We help prepare patients for dialysis. In my practice, I perform carotid endarterectomy, endovascular and open aortic aneurysm repair, various varicose vein operations including radio-frequency VNUS closure, arteriovenous fistula placement, and lower extremity bypass procedures.

how i live well

My family life is my major priority. I try to be involved with all my kids' activities, including going to their soccer and basketball games and trying to attend all PTA meetings. I also try to exercise and be healthy on a daily basis. I walk to keep in shape.
