Meet Dr. Anna Venardos

Dr. Venardos became interested in pediatric cardiology in medical school when she encountered her first patient with congenital heart disease. She completed her pediatric cardiology fellowship at Texas Children's hospital in Houston, Texas. During this time she found herself increasingly interested in continuing to care for these cardiac patients as they grow up into adulthood and so decided to complete an adult congenital cardiology fellowship also at Texas Children's Hospital. She loves guiding patients through the major life events of adulthood, with particular interest in pre-conception counseling and pregnancy management in patients with heart disease.
